Our agency is at your service to provide you with best applicants to fit your family needs. Our nannies have been screened by us, including background check, and drug testing.

There is a one-time registration fee of $145.00 due on signing of this agreement. A yearly fee of $45.00 for drug testing will be invoiced accordingly. All contractors are required to keep their certifications up to date and are subject to random drug testing through the year and will be performed before your contractor is hired by you if we do not have one on file.

Childcare is charged at a minimum of 4 hrs. (Non-Negotiable)

·        One child $20.50/hr. - with housekeeping included $22.50

·        Two to Three children $21.50/hr. – with housekeeping included $23.50

·        Four or more children $25.50/hr. - with housekeeping included $27.50

·        Split shift = $20.00 charge (AM Shift and PM shift in one day) 4 hr min on one or the other shift

·        2025 Transportation Mileage is .70 per mile

Special needs children or transporting children to and from activities will be discussed and agreed on by all necessary parties. 

If you are interested in our service, and agree on our fees as listed above, please allow us to provide you with the best qualified contractor(s) available for your family’s needs.  We will serve your needs with a qualified Nanny/Contractor either full time, part time, occasionally, or anytime.

As a parent and a contractor, myself, our commitment to you will be the same as we would expect for our own family. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with your family needs. 

  • All Invoice payments are required to be paid BY ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT. Payments are due upon receipt of Invoice.  A 5% late charge will be added on invoices more than 4 days overdue.

  • Nannies will turn in hours no later than Sunday Evening (Week ending). Overtime will be effective after 42 hours of weekly time at 1 ½ rate per hour. Actual Holidays are 1 ½ times hourly rate per hour.
